Kaizer Chiefs have secured a couple of test matches before Amakhosi kick off the season at home to Chippa United on 6 August.

TOWNSHIP ROLLERS VS KAIZER CHIEFS

After a few weeks of training under Ntseki, the team is now looking ahead to a test against Botswana giants Township Rollers on Saturday, 29 July in Gaborone.

The event was confirmed by the Soweto giants on Friday.

THABANI AUSTIN DUBE LEAVES AMAKHOSI

In other news, Thabani Austin Dube is no longer a Glamour Boy.

After making just one appearance for Amakhosi last season, the 30-year-old Dube has been let go.

The report was announced by the club on Thursday morning.

Austin Dube has left Kaizer Chiefs after reaching an agreement with the Club to facilitate his exit,” the report said.

“The 30-year-old defender signed for Amakhosi from Richards Bay in July 2021. We wish him all the best!

So who else has left the Glamour Boys?

Dube becomes the fourth footballer out of the Naturena gate. Others included Erick Mathoho, Phathutshedzo Nange, Siyabonga Ngezana, and Cole Alexandra.
