Mamelodi Sundowns coach to join Molefi Ntseki at Kaizer Chiefs?

Kaizer Chiefs have appointed Molefi Ntseki. Could he be joined by Mamelodi Sundowns coach Manqoba Mngqithi?

Amakhosi management recently renewed their interest in Sundowns coach Manqoba Mngqithi.

So, could he be appointed to join Ntseki?

CHIEFS APPROACH MNGQITHI?

Amakhosi management tried to negotiate a deal with The Brazilians for Mngqithi.

“Siya sources indicated that the Glamour Boys feel he could be the perfect fit and have approached his handlers with the view to try and negotiate a release from the Brazilians and negotiate an amicable termination of his contract,” the insider confirmed on SoccerLaduma.

Amakhosi wanted him to be released so that they can sign him.

However, with the appointment of Ntseki it is unclear if the deal is off or if they could still try persuade him to assist Ntseki and possibly, Arthur Zwane.

It will be win-win for Chiefs if they can secure Mngqithi because then they have an experienced and successful coach Ntseki. Mngqithi has worked under this sort of system before at Sundowns where he worked alongside Rhulani Mokwena and Steve Komphela.
