According to Khanye, there are a lot of things that need to be corrected before Chiefs can be able to bring back the old glory days by winning trophies.
And for Khanye, one of the first changes should be that of Arthur Zwane as head coach before jumping straight at Ntseki who he said knows nothing about Chiefs.

Khanye is of the view that anybody occupying Ntseki’s position should have deep understanding of Amakhosi’s culture and philosophy.
Furthermore, Khanye said Ntseki, with his no knowledge of the club, wouldn’t even know the type of players to bring to Chiefs.

He picked Farouk Khan as the man who can help Chiefs a lot due to his understanding of the club having worked there for many years before.
KHANYE: WHAT DOES MOLEFI NTSEKI KNOW ABOUT KAIZER CHIEFS?
“There are a lot of things that need to be corrected at Kaizer Chiefs for the team to improve and challenge for trophies again,” Khanye told Soccer Laduma.
“I spoke openly about my disapproval of the appointment of Arthur Zwane as the team’s head coach and another one that I don’t understand is that of Molefi Ntseki as the technical director.
“What does he know about Chiefs? I mean, he spent years at Harmony Sports Academy, and yes, he gathered experience while coaching in the South Africa junior national teams and Bafana Bafana.
“But what does he know about Kaizer Chiefs? What type of players is he expected to bring to Chiefs?” asked Khanye.
“Chiefs is not an ordinary team and one needs to understand its culture and philosophy in order to be able to contribute to the team’s success.
“Like I have been saying all along, one main thing that Chiefs need to do is to prioritise their development to be the best in the country and a coach like Farouk Khan can help them achieve that,” added Khanye.
