Yusuf Maart returns to Amakhosi, having served his suspension.

Meaning, he is available for selection for the match against AmaZulu on Saturday.

Maart served a suspension for his reckless challenge that resulted in a red card against Richards Bay a couple of weeks ago.

However, the good news is that his suspension is over. The Bafana Bafana midfielder is likely to be recalled into the starting line-up by Zwane and Dillon Sheppard.

He is instrumental to this side as he is at the heart of the Amakhosi midfield.

“Yusuf gives us stability in midfield with his ability to rotate the ball and spot runners, which is something that was lacking a bit in his absence. He is an excellent passer with both feet which is a luxury,” Zwane stated on Chiefs website.

Unfortunately, defender Reeve Frosler is still nursing an injury and will not be available.

This will provide a likely opportunity to PSL veteran S’fiso Hlanti, who produced a strong performance at the back against Stellies in the MTN8 quarter-final. This match will provide both side’s with a chance to test each other before their MTN8 semi-final clash in October.
