Kaizer Chiefs are lining up their business for the January transfer window before it sneaks up on us all.

According to The Citizen, 28-year-old goal-scorer Walter Bwalya is available on a free transfer. “Kaizer Chiefs is reportedly eyeing former Nkana Football Club striker, Walter Bwalya, who is currently a free agent,” the outlet said. The same outlet also has it on good authority that Chiefs won’t be extending the contract of 33-year-old Sifiso Hlanti. Stellenbosch left-back Fawaaz Basadien is a long-term target and somebody the Chiefs board sees as the ideal replacement. They’re also looking at Khanyisa Mayo, Walter Musona and Salim Magoola, according to recent emerging reports.
