Kaizer Chiefs: Doctor Khumalo speaks on Pitso Mosimane

Amakhosi legend Doctor Khumalo has had his say on Pitso Mosimane’s potential move to Kaizer Chiefs. Here is what he thinks…

Khumalo is one of the most respected names in South African football.

Now, the Chiefs and Bafana Bafana legend has had his say on Pitso Mosimane reported links to Amakhosi.

CHIEFS LEGEND SPEAKS ON MOSIMANE

Khumalo believes that Mosimane is the best fit for the Chiefs job.

“If Pitso (Mosimane) has to do that at (coach Chiefs), he is a great coach and he has proven himself and I’d like to believe that he can be the the best coach at Kaizer Chiefs,” Khumalo stated on SoccerLaduma.

Meaning, he believes Mosimane is the best candidate for the Amakhosi hotseat.

So, whether this influences the Chiefs bosses remains to be seen.

However, for the time being, Johnson will remain in charge. In fact, he was reportedly informed by management that he will be remaining in charge until the end of the current DStv Premiership campaign.

“Yes there was a meeting which was held. They wanted to assure the coach that he is not going anywhere because of the many reports about different coaches being linked to Chiefs (and how that) would disturb not only but the whole team,” the Siya source stated on the same publication.
