Kaizer Chiefs coach Zwane wants visiting teams to suffer
Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane has reiterated the importance of making the Calabash a fortress. So far, he’s making good on that promise.

Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane has reiterated the importance of making FNB Stadium a fortress.
Zwane said in the build-up to 2022-23 season that Chiefs will look to make life difficult for visitors to the Calabash. Despite an overall shaky start, Zwane is making good on that promise.

Kaizer Chiefs making the Calabash a fortress
Of the four games played at home [one at Moses Mabhida], Chiefs have won three and drawn one, scoring six goals and conceding only once in that sample of matches – which was a screamer against SuperSport United on Saturday night.
“Yes, we’re not going to win all the games but we have to make sure that people understand when they come to FNB, they coming to Kaizer Chiefs to drop points, or to donate points.
“That’s where we should start. We’re not going to fix everything at once but take things one step at a time” Zwane said.
Chiefs have won more points in home matches than any other DStv Premiership side this season. Amakhosi is now 9th in the DStv Premiership table heading into the international break. They’re also unbeaten at home this campaign.
