Bayern Munich have submitted their final offer for Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane.

The German club are now waiting on a response from Spurs.

After losing Robert Lewandowski last season, the German club has struggled for goals and are now in pursuit of the England captain.

Bayern’s offer for the 30-year-old England captain is worth more than €100m euros (£86.24m) with add-ons included, according to Sky Sports in Germany.

Kane is expected to be involved in Tottenham’s friendly at home to Shakhtar Donetsk but is waiting on Bayern to finalise the move before the English Premier League kicks-off next weekend.

Kane is out of contract next summer and the risk for Spurs is keeping him beyond the current transfer window and losing an elite goalscorer on a free next summer, potentially to a Premier League rival. From the looks of things, Spurs are looking to hold on to the striker for at least one more season.

According to Sky Sports, Kane is unwilling to sign a new contract with Tottenham this summer and his preference is to join Bayern over other interested clubs, including French champions Paris Saint-Germain.

Paris Saint-Germain are set to be in the hunt for Kane. The French club has already lost Lionel Messi and in the past week, reports emerged that their key player Kylian Mbappe was on his way out.
