Kaizer Chiefs founder and chairman Kaizer Motaung Jnr has urged fans to give current head coach Molefi Ntseki a chance.

Molefi Ntseki is quickly losing the patience of the Amakhosi faithfull after his side suffered their second pre-season loss in as many games.

Last weekend, the Glamour Boys went down against Tanzanian giants Young Africans in his opening match in charge of the Glamour Boys.

Kaizer Chiefs returned to action this weekend when they visited the National Stadium in Gaborone to face Township Rollers.

Unfortunately for Ntseki’s side, they once again were defeated by their opponents 1-0 thanks to a Thabo Rakhale strike in the 79th minute.

Chincha Guluva has since urged fans to give Ntseki a chance to prove himself at the club.

Kaizer Chiefs top boss urges fans to be patient

“We hope that Ntseki can be given that opportunity to do his job and then we can see after sometime if we can criticise him or something like that.” – Kaizer Motaung senior told SowetanLive.

“I think the coach just needs to be given a chance to do his job because as you are well aware that when the announcement was made about the appointment of… or should I say the re-deployment of the coach to the first team, brought a lot of mixed feelings from a lot of people. Obviously, talk is cheap.”

Chippa United coach Morgan Mammila is not losing sleep ahead of his side’s clash against Kaizer Chiefs in next weekend’s DStv Premiership opener.

According to Mammila, Chiefs are ‘very easy to play against’, which makes preparations for the match simple.

Molefi Ntseki will take charge of his maiden official game come next weekend after being promoted to head coach at Naturena.

But Mammila is not expecting Ntseki to bring anything new to Kaizer Chiefs.

Mammila not fearful of Amakhosi

“Very easy team to play against, very easy. You know them, we all know them, we know their advantages and disadvantages.” Mammila said as quoted by IdiskiTimes.
