Former Amakhosi left back, Blom, now plays for St. Louis City.

Blom is earning $246,000 (R4.73 million) in base salary and $338,250 (R6.51 million) in guaranteed compensation per year at his new club – Blom’s monthly guaranteed compensation is $28,188 (R543,000), according to iDiskiTimes.

Blom has only featured in six MLS games.

Moreover, he has only started once for St. Louis this season, according to the same publication.

This comes as a result of the former Amakhosi star picking up Covid-19 and then sustaining a groin injury after Bafana Bafana beat Liberia to qualify for the African Cup of Nations. However, he did return to action this past weekend where he played 45 minutes in his sides 1-0 loss to Chicago.
