CONFIRMED: Meet the two new GladAfrica Championship teams

The 2022-23 GladAfrica Championship season will have two new exciting teams to replace both TS Sporting and Jomo Cosmos who got relegated last season.

The 2022-23 GladAfrica Championship season will have two new exciting teams to replace both TS Sporting and Jomo Cosmos who got relegated last season.

MM Platinum, famously known as La Masia, as well as Magesi FC will be campaigning in the GladAfrica Championship after gaining promotion via the playoffs.

La Masia and Magesi met on Sunday with their places in the GladAfrica Championship already guaranteed to determine the national winner.

And it was La Masia who the ultimate winners, beating Magesi 1-0 to seal their promotion to GladAfrica Championship in style.

WHERE ARE THE NEW GLADAFRICA CHAMPIONSHIP TEAMS FROM?

MM Platinum are based in Gauteng, and they have former PSL players such Tshidiso Tukane on their books.

Magesi, on the other hand, are based in Limpopo, and the two teams replace teams from Mpumalanga (TS Sporting) and Gauteng (Jomo Cosmos).
