Cape Town City have signed a lanky centre-back from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) on a three-year deal.

Ramazani Tshimanga joined the Citizens on their first pre-season day on Thursday after sealing his move to the Mother City outfit as pe UnplayableZA.

Tshimanga is a 21-year-old defender who was recently on the books of JS Groupe Bazano, and City would hope he hits the ground running.

Despite his age, Tshimanga has shown great potential over the years at teams as such as AS Vita.

He was pictured at Cape Town City’s pre-season, and the club is expected to unveil him as their new signing in the next few days.
