BREAKING: First pictures of Kaizer Chiefs players in Kappa clothing are HERE! 

Kaizer Chiefs will officially move away from Nike and wear Italian sport apparel Kappa form the 1st of July, but the club players have already been seen wearing it.

Kaizer Chiefs will officially move away from Nike and wear Italian sport apparel Kappa form the 1st of July, but the club players have already been seen wearing it.

Chiefs squad and management returned for their testing ahead of their official pre-season getting underway on Thursday, but not without two new faces.

Chiefs had already been thought to have wrapped up four transfers heading into this week, with that number now thought to have reached six! But while they have some new faces to show their supporters, that is not all, as they have now also shown off their players wearing their new navy Kappa tracksuits.

The new faces that will be wearing the yet to be unveiled new Chiefs Kappa kit, are set to be the likes of SuperSport United centre back Thatayaone Ditlhokwe, while also being thought to have signed Mduduzi Mdantsane and Given Msimango. In the last two weeks or so, they have also been thought to have added the likes of Venezuelan international midfielder Edson Castillo, who is believed to be ready to join the club and boost their midfield ranks at the end of this month, when his contract with his current team expires.

But that is not all, as on Wednesday it was also reported that Chiefs had beaten their arch-rivals Orlando Pirates to the signatures of Golden Arrows winger Pule Mmodi and Marumo Gallants striker Ranga Chivaviro. Furthermore, both players made some very big decisions to ensure that they ended up at Naturena rather than Mayfair with Mmodi firing his agent who was pushing him to Pirates, while Chivaviro stood up for himself against Gallants chairman Abram Sello, who had originally sold him to the Buccaneers.
