Bafana Bafana midfielder Luke Le Roux has officially made his debut in Dutch top-flight Eredivisie for Volendam.

The SuperSport United academy graduate joined Volendam at the beginning of the season from Swedish side Varbergs BoIS FC.

Le Roux however picked up an injury shortly after his arrival at the club during training.

The good news however is that the Bafana midfielder has finally reached full fitness and was able to make his debut this weekend.

“Look I think we have enough quality in the team, I just think they have not been given enough opportunities as individuals and I think the way we assess them, or the way we analyse them as part of the Chiefs family,” Johnson told iDiskiTimes

“I think that needs to be a little better between myself and my coaching staff. Because then we can give them more, they can be more positive towards themselves.

“If you did come to Kaizer Chiefs as an average player, then we will make you a better player. I think we need to get in their skin right now and there are good players.”
