AmaZulu have reportedly decided against signing former Orlando Pirates and Golden Arrows dribbling wizard Ntsako Makhubela.

Makhubela had been training with Usuthu in an attempt to land a deal following his release from Moroka Swallows in January.

However, the club has decided that he’s not going to be of help to the team, and allowed him to leave.

And that’s according to FarPost, who reports that the midfielder is back in Johannesburg although it’s unclear which team he intends to train with.

AMAZULU DECIDE AGAINST SIGNING MAKHUBELA – REPORT

“FarPost has learnt that Makhubela won’t be signing with AmaZulu and he has returned to Johannesburg. It is uncertain what was the stumbling block to his potential,” reports the publication.

MAKHUBELA MADE A NAME FOR HIMSELF AT ARROWS

Makhubela is one of many players who made a name for himself at Golden Arrows where he played for years before moving to Pirates.

However, the grass was not greener on the other side as Makhubela struggled for game until he was loaned back to Arrows.

He would then join Swallows but he was dismissed alongside the players who were at the forefront of a strike that broke in December.
