As Sundowns will host the North Africans, Ahly, Mudau wants his teammates to be strong and disciplined for them to reach the final.

Speaking ahead of the clash versus Ahly in what is called an African derby, Mudau says Sundowns must expect a very good and difficult opponent at Loftus Versfeld Stadium.

Coach Rulani Mokwena’s men are fresh from a 2-0 on aggregate win over Petro Luanda of Angola, while the Red Devils drew with Simba 3-3 but advanced on away goal rules.

In addition, the clash comes after a CAF Champions League group match between the two sides early this year where they drew 2-2 in Egypt before Masandawna claimed a 5-2 win in Mzansi.

The Bafana Bafana defender also says their mission is to conquer the African continent as they reached the semi-finals last season.

“It won’t be an easy game to be honest. We just need to continue with what we have been doing, which has been working for us,” adds Mudau.
