 Banyana Banyana head coach Desiree Ellis has named her squad to take on Brazil in two MASSIVE friendlies.

Banyana made history by winning the 2022 WAFCON tournament and now they are getting ready to take on the world. Starting with the Copa América Femenina (South American champions), Brazil.

Their first match is on Friday, 2 September at the Orlando Stadium while the second match will take place three days later.

BANYANA AND ELLIS READY TO TAKE ON THE WORLD

This is the perfect preparation for the 2023 FIFA World Cup with both continental champions set to compete in Australia and New Zealand next year.

“Brazil are the champions of Copa America, a powerhouse. What a way to start preparing for the World Cup, what a way to start off our campaign,” Ellis stated on iDiskiTimes.
