Bafana’s uninspiring performance against Andorra blasted by fans
Fans were left frustrated on Thursday night as Bafana Bafana failed to beat 164th ranked Andorra in a FIFA friendly match.

Bafana Bafana fans were disappointed after the team was held to a 1-1 draw by Andorra on Thursday evening.
The FIFA Series match was played at the Annaba Stadium in Algeria.
Bafana head coach Hugo Broos kept allowing new players to impress and show what they could do.
Broos said after the match he would have loved to see more goals being scored by his team but was still happy with the performance of his players.
Fans not happy with Bafana after Andorra match
Andorra were the first to get on the stadium scoreboard after Ricardo Fernandez put the ball in the back of the net, beating goalkeeper Ricardo Goss in the sixth minute. Bafana fought their way back and equalised through Elias Mokwana in the 25th minute.
Unfortunately, Broos’ men failed to score more goals, and the match finished 1-1.
After the match’s conclusion, Bafana fans felt the team performed below par against Andorra, who are ranked 164th.

Some fans felt Bafana had regressed since the Afcon, and the game against Andorra showed the lack of depth.
@AfricanOligarch said: “Hugo had something functional and yielding results, instead of improving from that, he starts another experiment. Perfect time to get rid of him, honestly,” said a fan.
“Haibo, what a dismal game. We expect more from a national team. They really should focus on precision in passing, positioning, and execution of set plays. Attention to detail can be improved, leading to more consistent performances.

Some fans believe Bafana undermined Andorra and were surprised at how organised they were.
