Bafana Bafana latest squad trimmed: Who’s in and who’s out?

Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos has trimmed hand named his final squad for international friendlies against Mozambique and Angola.

South Africa will face neighbours Mozambique on 17 November before hosing Angola on 20 November at Mbombela Stadium.

Last week, Broos announced a 30-man provisional squad for the two friendlies and he has now whittled it to 23 players.

There are not too many surprises in the squad as Broos kept the core of the Bafana Bafana team for the two matches.

Orlando Pirates duo of Miguel Timm and Monnapule Saleng made the cut alongside teammate Zakhele Lepasa.

Mamelodi Sundowns dominate the squad with five representatives which include four defenders and a forward in Themba Zwane.

On the other hand, Chiefs have two players in the latest Bafana Bafana squad, and they are Njabulo Blom and Kgaogelo Sekgota.
