Ncobo is part of the panel put together by the South African Football Association (SAFA) in an attempt to convince FIFA that Bafana Bafana were robbed against the Black Stars.

Bafana Bafana suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Ghana in Cape Coast last Sunday, and this was through a dubious penalty that was awarded against Hugo Broos’ men.

Speaking to the media on Wednesday, Ncobo said he spent five hours and 17 minutes analyzing the first half only before spending another two hours analyzing the second half.

And what he discovered was that referee Maguette N’Diaye may have influenced the outcome of the game as 90.9 percent of incorrect decisions were made on the night.

Furthermore, Ncobo said he picked up 71 major incidents from the same game where the referee either turned a blind eye in favour of Ghana or made incorrect calls against Bafana Bafana.

“My independent conclusion is that the referee in this match was blatantly biased against South Africa,” said Ncobo.

“90.9 percent of incorrect decisions against one team is a clear case of a match official unlawfully influencing and/or manipulating the course and/or the outcome of the match,” he continued.

“I spent five hours and 17 minutes watching the first half and putting together the report.

“But the second half was two hours of reviewing because most of the time I was just watching football and the referee making good decisions. There were 71 major incidents during the game,” added Ncobo.
