The Stormers have unveiled their new jersey for the upcoming Rainbow Cup.

The Rainbow Cup is due to kick off on April 24 but remains largely up in the air.

Sixteen teams will take part, but teams will only play six matches in total.

The four South African teams will play each other once in Rounds 1 to 3. Two teams (Bulls and Stormers) will have two home matches, while the Sharks and Lions will only have one.

It will be the FOURTH time in rapid succession that the SA teams will have played each other is some guise having already done so in Super Rugby Unlocked, the Currie Cup, Kick-off Pools preparation series and now the Rainbow Cup.

Then, Covid-19 dependent, the four SA teams will travel to Europe for three yet to be determined matches in Rounds 4 to 6.

No teams from Scotland, Ireland, Wales or Italy will travel to SA.

No teams from England or France play in the tournament.

The final will see the top two teams play each other on June 19 despite all teams only having played six out of 15 opponents.
