In a new series called ‘Inside the Boks’, the public gains never seen before insights into the meticulous preparation for the Springboks’ World Cup title defence in France.

The Springboks will play 10 Tests up to and including the pool stage of the 2023 Rugby World Cup and that number of games could potentially rise to anything between 11 and 13 depending on how for South Africa make into the playoffs, if at all.

REVEALED: When the Springboks’ World Cup squad will be named

In a newly released docu-series produced by the governing body SA Rugby, the public will gain insights into the team’s preparation for the 2023 Test season, which will culminate in a World Cup title defence campaign in France between September and October.

The first episode, which is about 24 minutes long, was posted of the Springboks’ YouTube channel and deals with the crucial aspect of player welfare, including but not limited to both physical and mental readiness for the task that lies ahead.
