The reigning Rugby World Cup champions, the Springboks, have locked in their highly anticipated 2024 fixtures. The schedule is packed with thrilling clashes, kicking off with back-to-back Rugby Championship Tests against the Wallabies in Australia this August.

Firstly, the Springboks will battle it out at Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium on 10th August. A week later, on the 17th, they’ll take the rivalry to the magnificent Optus Stadium in Perth for a match that promises to be nothing short of electrifying.

Springboks Face All Blacks in Epic Home Battles

The excitement continues as the Springboks return home for a rematch against their fierce rivals, the All Blacks. Battles await at Ellis Park in Johannesburg on 31st August and DHL Stadium in Cape Town on 7th September.

Rounding off their season, the Springboks will host Argentina at the Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit on 28th September.

“We are excited that the venues for our two Rugby Championship matches against Australia have been locked in,” said Springboks head coach Rassie Erasmus. “It’s always tough facing the Wallabies in Australia…we are well aware of the challenge that awaits us.”

Wallabies Look to Challenge

With new head coach Joe Schmidt at the helm, the Australian Wallabies will be hoping to take down the formidable Springboks.

“Having the world champion Springboks play two Tests here is a massive win for all rugby supporters and sports fans in Australia,” said a Wallabies spokesperson.
