Newly-crowned Rugby Championship winners the New Zealand All Blacks will meet the Springboks at Twickenham on August 25th with kickoff at 19:30 SA time.
As of today, the Springboks will be kicking off their campaign against Scotland in 38 days.
The Springboks’ preparations for the 2023 World Cup have headed into the home straight, with just three more warm-up games before the team’s title defence begins. South Africa will face Argentina this weekend, before also facing Wales and New Zealand in crucial pre-tournaments matches.
As a reminder, it shouldn’t be forgotten that the final Springbok World Cup squad will be announced on Tuesday, 8 August at a special event taking place from 2-4pm. Their opener at the Rugby World Cup is against Scotland on September 10th.
