The winner will take on New Zealand in the quarter finals whilst the losers will face France in front of their home fans.

Therefore, both teams will be extra motivated heading into this titanic showdown. It is also an opportunity for Jacques Nienaber and the Boks to measure where they truly are having hardly been tested in the Rugby World Cup to date.

Ireland are ranked number one in the world for good reason. They won a historic series 2-1 in New Zealand last year before beating the Springboks 19-16 in Dublin in November. Furthermore, they won the Six Nations earlier this year, completing the Grand Slam. This included a 32-19 win over France. S

Therefore, the Irish have recently beaten the three other Rugby World Cup favourites. So, the Springboks will have their work cut out for them on Saturday.
