Ireland beat All Blacks as Springboks go to No 1! – BREAKING

Ireland will tackle New Zealand in Dublin on Saturday in what promises to be a mouth-watering clash between the two old enemies.

The All Blacks head into the match as the top-ranked side in the world with Ireland in fifth place.

All Blacks hooker Dane Coles conceded to the media during the week that a record breaking year in which they set a new benchmark for most tries (96 so far) and most points (currently 675) would be all for nothing if it was not capped off with wins over Ireland and France this month.

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Of Ireland’s seven try scorers last week, Garry Ringrose is the only member to have recorded tries in multiple Tests in 2021. After he registered tries in four of the Hurricanes’ last six matches of the Super Rugby season, it has been no surprise to see Dane Coles step up and cross the line in his last three internationals for a total of seven tries (versus Fiji, USA and Italy).
