RACHEL KOLISI AND KIDS MISS FLIGHT TO PARIS

Springboks first lady Rachel Kolisi revealed that she and her two kids Nicholas (9) and Keziah (6) had mistakenly missed their flight back to Paris because she thought the 12am flight was for Wednesday 8 November and not Tuesday 7 November. Rachel and the kids moved to Paris in August, ahead of her husband, Springboks captain Siya Kolisi joining Racing92, after the Rugby World Cup.

Rachel also revealed they managed to get on a flight to Dubai and then to Paris. She added that they were on the same flight as her sister and brother-in-law.

Rachel and the kids returned to South Africa for her brother’s wedding – Joel Smith married Olympic swimmer Tatjana formerly Shoenmaker in the Western Cape, this past weekend.

“I woke up to a message this morning “you were supposed to be on a flight last night.” We had a 12am flight and I thought it was today. Anyway, we’re on our way to Dubai and then to Paris. It meant we’re on the same flight as my sister and brother in law, and we scored an open seat in our row! 😍🙏🏼,” she wrote.

“Always sad to leave 🇿🇦❤️,” she continued.
