The business end of the PSL is upon us, and the action resumes once again on Tuesday night, with three fixtures scheduled.

Much of the talk around local football scene has been around the ugly scenes at Moses Mabhida Stadium where a violent pitch invasion occured as Kaizer Chiefs were knocked out of the Nedbank Cup by Free State Stars.

Security guards were attacked by angry Chiefs fans, who also started fires at the stands, damaged and looted the broadcast equipment.

PSL fixtures, 24 April

Ajax Cape Town v Baroka, Athlone Stadium

Ajax Cape Town are in a desperate bid to avoid relegation, and they take on Baroka at Athlone Stadium. The Urban Warriors are second from bottom and a win will mean they avoid automatic relegation.

Bloemfontein Celtic v Chippa United, Dr Molemela Stadium

Dr Molemela Stadium could be set for a titanic battle as eighth-placed Bloemfontein Celtic host Chippa United, who sit a spot above them. The two sides are tied at 34 points and will both be eyeing a top eight finish.

Golden Arrows v Kaizer Chiefs, Princess Magogo Stadium

Life after Steve Komphela for Kaizer Chiefs begins with a trip to KwaMashu, where they will take on Golden Arrows at Princess Magogo Stadium.

The Glamour Boys are out of the title race, following another disappointing season and, with only nine points up for grabs, can only finish second should they win their remaining games.
