Alexis Sanchez strikes twice to ease the Gunners past the Eagles, as the festive fun continues in the Premier League in south London.

Crystal Palace 2-3 Arsenal
Arsenal came good in their Premier League London derby at Crystal Palace, thanks to an Alexis Sanchez double.
The Chile star, who is out of contract at the end of the season, struck twice after the hour mark to give the Gunners the edge at Selhurst Park.
A valuable three points on the road also pulled Arsene Wenger’s men back level on points with rivals Tottenham, as the race for Europe hots up in freezing cold England.
Shkodran Mustafi opened the scoring for the visitors on 25 minutes.
But his goal was cancelled out by former Spurs winger Andros Townsend just after half time.
Then step up Sanchez.
The Manchester City transfer target acted smartly at the near post to slip Arsenal back into the lead.
He needed just four further minutes to settle the points with a cracking bit of skill and finish from Jack Wilshere’s ambitious long ball.
Home defender James Tomkins headed in late on to make things look closer than they were.
But the Eagles’ fine form under Roy Hodgson was put on hold by the better team south of the river Thames.
The Gunners, on the other hand, are just a point off Liverpool in the fourth Champions League qualifying spot as the festive fun continues.
