Chad le Clos added another medal to South Africa’s tally – taking the total to nine when he finished second in the men’s 100m freestyle on Sunday. His time of 48.15 was a personal best for the South African superstar.
Scotland’s Duncan Scott won gold while Australia’s Kyle Chalmers shared silver with the South African.
From lane five, Le Clos was fast out of the blocks, working his underwater kicks. He touched down second on the turn.
