Proteas legend Faf du Plessis is not part of this year’s Cricket World Cup in India, but he’s still making headlines around the world.

Du Plessis, now 39, last represented South Africa in a Test against Pakistan in February 2021.
Since then, Du Plessis has proved to be a revelation in the Indian Premier League (IPL) as well as various other T20 leagues around the world.
At last count, Du Plessis has played for no fewer than 29 teams at some point in his career – a staggering statistic!
