Kaizer Chiefs have announced the release of another player and that is midfielder Phathutshedzo Nange but the fans are asking questions about who took the decision.

Nange’s departure was officially announced by Chiefs on Thursday via a social media statement and it seems the Glamour Boys family is unimpressed.

Judging the social media reactions on Twitter, many football fans are asking Chiefs a big question as to who is authorising player movements when a new coach is not yet signed.

This comes in the middle of massive speculation regarding coach Arthur Zwane’s future with reports suggesting that Nasreddine Nabi is close to sealing a move to Chiefs.

It is no secret that the former Bidvest Wits midfielder has been on the radar of SuperSport United as he will reunite with former Wits and Chiefs manager, Gavin Hunt.

To many, it may have come as no surprise as he failed to command a regular spot in the starting eleven under the embattled Zwane.

However, the question remains valid because the fans expect that a coach has to submit his plan including players that are in his plans – some argue that it seems Zwane is staying put.

At the same time, some social media users are calling for the departure of Khama Billiat and Zwane’s axing with immediate effect.
