Zimbabwe turns out to vote in big numbers for the 2023 General Elections.

It’s been a tough few months as the election mood went high among Zimbabweans.

The economic conditions in the country have made this year’s elections enjoyable.

The battle is mainly between ruling party Zanu-PF’s Emerson Mnangagwa and main opposition CCC’s Nelson Chamisa.

Indeed, it’s an excellent chance for Zimbabweans to choose their leader as they line to vote.

Famous journalist Hopewell Chin’ono shared pictures and videos of Zimbabweans lining up to vote.

“Voting has started in Zimbabwe, everyone who is registered to vote should go and vote.”

Sharing on his Instagram, Hopewell continued encouraging people to go and vote as others have already voted.

This post is for anyone who wants to share videos or pictures of what is happening where they are today.” he said.

The news is that the officials do not have the ballot paper in most polling stations in Harare.

It is sad that many Zimbabweans are praying that it is not a tactic to make them not vote.

ZIMBABWEANS PRAY FOR CHANGE

Despite Zimbabwe’s big turnout to vote, it seemed many people were praying for change and peace in the elections.

“If zanu wins they would have rigged because they know that people are tired of them zanu must go 🙌”
