Thursday afternoon saw the return of President Zuma to Parliament. He was supposed to be answering questions from MPs but that’s not exactly how things went down.

While the EFF was later asked to leave parliament once again, the DA attempted to hold Zuma accountable through their own set of questions.

Part of the drama started when Mmusi Maimane asked Zuma to explain why there is an affidavit stating Zuma requested for his relatives to be given specific contracts. Zuma’s initial response: “I have answered this question, I’ve never done such a thing”

The DA’s Steenhuisen then rose on a point of order calling for the President to answer and labelling the process a sham. The EFF and Malema then got involved trying to assist the speaker and all hell broke loose.
