Julius Malema, leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), has called Elon Musk an illiterate after the Tesla CEO criticized the use of the song “Kill the Boer” by EFF supporters.

In a tweet on Monday, Musk said that the song was “hateful and divisive” and that he was “surprised to see” that the EFF was using it.

Malema responded by saying that Musk “looks like an illiterate” and that the only thing that protects him is his white skin. He also said that Musk should read the court judgment that found that the song was not hate speech.
