The song “Kill the Boer” is a struggle song that was first sung by the African National Congress (ANC) during the apartheid era. Some have criticized the song for its violent lyrics, but others have also defended it as a legitimate expression of political dissent.

The court judgment that Malema referred to was issued in 2011 by the South Gauteng High Court. The judgment found that the song was not hate speech but that it could be interpreted as advocating violence. The court also ordered that the song should not be sung in a way that incites violence.

Musk’s tweet about the song has sparked a debate on social media, with some people supporting his comments and others criticizing him.

Some people have argued that Musk is right to criticize the song, saying it is a dangerous and harmful message. Others have argued that Musk is insensitive to the song’s history and that he is not familiar with the context in which it is sung.
