Upon arriving at the scene, teams encountered complete chaos.A truck, bus, and several cars collided, injuring forty-three people with varying degrees of severity.
The Gauteng Health Department has urged people to report to nearest health facilities when they have mild to severe diarrhoea and dehydration symptoms after it confirmed a third case case of cholera.
The case was reported on Tuesday, 7 February in Johannesburg and is that of the husband of the first confirmed patient.
According to Gauteng Health, the patient presented with symptoms at a health facility and was immediately admitted on Saturday, 4 February for further tests to be conducted.

“At least 30-70mm of rainfall is expected in places.”
