What is being used to collect applicants information?

Currently, the Smart Enrolment System is used by both licensing offices to collect applicant information.

“The use of this advanced technology eliminates the need to print ID photos for renewal purposes. This does not only enhance efficiency but also improves the overall experience for clients by reducing the time spent at the centres.

“Eliminating the need for printed ID photos aligns with modern practices of reducing carbon emissions in line with the country’s sustainability goals,” the RTMC said.

What is RTMC urging drivers to do?

All drivers who have applied for new driver’s license cards are still being urged by the Corporation to come pick them up because failing to do so could result in the cards being destroyed.
