The question we all should be asking is;
Would staying in a failing racist SA and wishing that all will miraculously become well, not be more of a pipe dream than, seceding into a first world, truly non-racial prosperous Cape of Good Hope?

Very much like, should I stay in an abusive irreconcilable relationship wherein, I am given no access to finances and were my property and life is under threat, just because my abusive partner may not like me filling for divorce?

Mr Daniel states “Let it be known, that the road to independence, self-governance and liberty is paved with bloodshed”, actually Mr Daniel the fact is that self-governance in the vast majority of cases were obtained via a peaceful process and in the cases were their was bloodshed the reason for bloodshed was not the striving to independence but conflict due to other reasons and then the separation in the form of independence of the groups brought about peace.

South Sudan is a perfect example of why people with irreconcilable ideologies should separate before bloodshed occur.

The SOLUTION to the violence in South Sudan was the independence for South Sudan.

The violence in Sudan was not as a result of South Sudan’s drive to independence, the violence was caused by two irreconcilable groups of people being forced into one state through a cosmetic process that was doomed from the start, much like when the sovereign state of the Cape Colony was illegally forced into the Union of South Africa in 1910.

In Sudan differences in language, religion, ethnicity and political power erupted in a civil war during which up to 300,000 people are estimated to have been killed this war was eventually concluding with the independence of South Sudan in 2011 as a permanent solution to the war.

Independence and the separation of people with irreconcilable differences such as language, religion, ethnicity and political power stopped the killing!!!

It was not the cause of the killing!!!

If the people of Sudan considered secession before the war, 300 000 people would still be alive today.

There is no need for a violent secession of the Western Cape since the Cape Party is following all international, constitutional and democratic processes to ensure a peaceful secession.

Once the people of the Western Cape expressed their will for independence from South Africa in a legitimate democratic referendum as provided for in the South African and Western Cape constitution, The Cape Party will petition the United Nations and the International Court of Justice for the independence of the Cape of Good Hope.

Considering that South Africa is now officially a BRICS member and that our Government is controlled by communist , we will also declare our independence under a British/French/US/NATO/UN defence guarantee much like Belize did when they gained independence from Guatemala under similar circumstances.

Furthermore Mr Daniel in a state where you are considered an enemy of the state, excluded from partaking in the economy and marginalised every day, you clearly misread the peoples will to live in a peaceful and prosperous state.

Your threat of violence against people already subjected to the harshest violence imaginable, with a death toll that is higher than in a war zone is really foolish and of no value.

Mr Daniel your understanding of Western Cape secession is very far of point.
Section 235 of the Constitution allows for self-determination.
International Law allows for Self-determination.
The Western Cape constitution allows for a referendum in the Western Cape for self-determination.
No law in South Africa prohibits or prevents self-determination.

Off course as predicted you will attempt to substantiate your argument with the old race card, it’s very predictable.

Unfortunately your argument on race in this instance will not suffice, since the Cape Party has no race policy, Our Deputy President is a brilliant Brown person with a master’s degree in political science and the majority of Cape Party supporters are from the Brown community.

Your argument that the ANC government, would not allow for secession, holds no water, no Government today can ignore the results of a legitimate democratic referendum and no Government today can disregard International law.

The ANC government’s consent for secession after a legitimate democratic referendum will be irrelevant, just like the old apartheid’s government consent to hand over power to the ANC after the ANC won the elections was irrelevant.

But if the ANC government refuses to let us go, won’t that be a contradiction in terms?

Is the ANC government not currently doing its utmost to keep White and brown people from participating in public life and the South African economy, How can you promulgate people out of existence and then when they choose to leave peaceful still attempt to forcefully keep them under your oppression?

It would be very foolish of the ANC government to ignore the results of a legitimate democratic referendum and International law.

On what information do you base your conclusion that the outlook for an independent Western Province looks grim?
In fact the outlook of an independent Cape of Good Hope after it has rid itself of the parasite called ANC looks fantastic!

The views expressed above are not that of The South African
