The longest basketball shot (male) is 34.6 metres (113 ft 6 in), and was achieved by Joshua Walker (USA) in Lake Charles, Louisiana, USA, on 22 July 2022.
Joshua took part in a GWR filming day where he attempted a variety of long-distance basketball challenges including farthest basketball bounce shot and farthest basketball shot made backwards.
