MORE snow, rain and cold weather is expected in these parts of South Africa TODAY.
The South African Weather Services (SAWS) said the cold front will move east and exit the country tomorrow, causing a significant drop in temperatures over the eastern parts of South Africa, while a slight improvement in day-time temperatures can be expected in the west.

VoxWeather Annette Botha said more snow is likely over the southern Drakensberg and Lesotho, as well as towns such Barkley East, Khowa and Matatiele.
“Tuesday morning will be an icy cold morning as the cold front is moving in over the northeastern parts of the country.”
She further said a steep drop in temperatures is expected on Tuesday.

“Just as we think temperatures are picking on Wednesday, another cold front is expected to make landfall in the Western Cape on Thursday.”
