Medi Response director Paul Herbst has shocked the medical fraternity in South Africa after his death was announced.
MEDI RESPONSE ANNOUNCES THE DEATH OF ITS DIRECTOR
Earlier today, Tuesday, 21 February, Medi Response, announced the saddening death of its director on social media.
“We are deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Paul Herbst, director of Medi Response KZN. On behalf of the entire team at Medi Response, we would like to express our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time.”

WHO WAS THE LATE PAUL HERBST
The company said Paul Herbst was a well-respected and dedicated leader in the field of emergency medical services. His passion for helping others was evident in the work that he did every day, and he was known for his unwavering commitment to providing care to those in need.
Speaking of helping those in need, the Medi Response director was part of the Search and Rescue volunteers that jetted to Turkey to provide aid to the thousands of residents who were affected by the disastrous Earthquake.
It is reported that the Medi Response director passed away after returning from the rescue mission in Turkey.

In honouring his life, friends and colleague have been asked by the company to join them this evening on the rooftop parking outside unit 28 Odyssey Mall (entrance on Simbithi Drive) to share a moment of silence as they remember their beloved friend and colleague, Paul Herbst.
