Doors kicked open as a man is murdered in cold blood at a female friend’s place. It is alleged that he was shot for no reason.

A man was shot and killed while visiting a female friend in Magwaveni, KwaZulu-Natal during the early hours of this morning, Friday, 28 April.
RUSA ATTENDS TO THE MURDERED MAN AT A FEMALE FRIEND’S PLACE
The Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) Tongaat Operations Centre received a call from a resident at approximately 02:57 reporting the shooting.
On arrival, RUSA says its Reaction Officers discovered the lifeless body of a man lying on the floor. He sustained a single gunshot wound to his head.
“It was established that the deceased was visiting a female friend when suspects broke the door and entered the house. The female informed Reaction Officers that she could not confirm how many men entered her home due to her vision being impaired by a torch utilised by the gunmen,” RUSA detailed.

THE REASON FOR THE KILLING UNKNOWN
It is further reported that the suspects allegedly shot the man for no apparent reason before they fled.
“He was still in possession of his valuables.”

A case of murder is being investigated.

MALES REACT TO THE RISKS OF VISITING GIRLFRIENDS
Reactions from the tragic incident has seen many on social media blaming the man for visiting the female friend.
Thulani Ndlovu said, “The golden rule as men we must refrain from visiting the other gender… It always end in tears. RIP brother”.
Nhlanhla Mpisana KaMntungwa said, “May his soul rest in peace. My point is, visiting a woman at her place is never a good idea. A boyfriend can show up in the middle of the night and you will be stuck in a foreign place and you are also putting your life at risk. Visiting a woman is a big risk”.
Given Mpho Wanne Rams said, “Men of these days are visiting and sleep at a woman’s place, haikhona, she must visit you at your place, what happened is 1000 ways to die”.
Palesa Mothlaudi said, “There is no hope of hearing good news in this province. Everyday we hear sad news”.
