The KwaMsane police in KwaZulu-Natal are seeking the public’s help in identifying a young girl found in the area.

The KwaMsane police in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) are looking for the family of a young girl, and are turning to the public for assistance.

Search for Family: KwaMsane Police Appeal to Public for Assistance

South African Police Service (SAPS) spokesperson Captain Sbusiso Mkhize said the girl was found in the KwaMsane area.

“She introduced herself as Jafta Oliphant and her age is unknown, but with the estimation of 16-year-old,” said Mkhize.

Jafta said she was from Welkom in the Free State. Members of the public with information that could help police locate her family or relatives are encouraged to contact the KwaMsane SAPS at 035-551-9024/2025 or the Crime Stop hotline at 08600-10111.
