Jacob Zuma WILL NOT support ANC 2024 elections

Jacob Zuma has joined the newly formed Mkhonto WeSizwe Party and has called on ANC supporters to join other progressive parties.

Former president Jacob Zuma has turned his back on the African National Congress, a party he once lead and has served for over six decades.

Zuma dropped the bombshell during his Address to the Nation in Orlando East Soweto.

DISAPPOINTMENT IN ANC LEADERSHIP

The former ANC leader the party is no longer respected and is not reflective of a party he is willing to lay down his life for. Zuma blames the party’s leadership for his detraction.

“Due to infiltration and failure of leadership, the ANC has been reduced to an organisation that is hardly respected by those that it swore to liberate, serve and protect”, said Zuma.

Zuma says party leadership of ‘declaring war against black intellectuals’ after it voted for the impeachment of Judges John Hlophe and Nkola Motata.

He says he can’t in good conscience vote for the ANC in the upcoming elections.

“I have decided that I cannot and will not campaign for the ANC of Ramaphosa in 2024. My conscience will not allow me to lie to the people of South Africa and to pretend that the ANC of Ramaphosa is the ANC of Luthuli, Tambo and Mandela.”

“It is not the ANC that I joined and went to jail for” he lamented.

WHO WILL ZUMA VOTE FOR IN 2024?

Zuma has announced that he will be casting his vote for Umkhonto WeSizwe Party instead in 2024.

“I will vote for the Umkhonto WeSizwe (MK)Party. It has already been registered with the IEC with my knowledge and blessings”, says Zuma.

“I call on all South Africans to join me in taking the important step and to vote for the MK Party and any other progressive party which seeks total liberation and the return of our land to its rightful owners, the African people” he concluded.
