The project is targeted to who?

The project specifically targets young people aged 17 to 34 in Township areas, Informal Settlements, and Hostels, known collectively as TISH areas. By providing financial assistance for the administrative fees required to obtain learners’ licenses, the program aims to remove a significant barrier to entry for many disadvantaged youth.

The initiative’s launch during Transport Month underscores its commitment to promoting responsible driving from an early age. Equipping young people with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the roads safely is a key aspect of this initiative.
