Elderly woman killed by alligators after falling into country club pond

An elderly woman fell into the pond and reportedly struggled to get out before alligators attacked her and pulled her underneath the water’s surface. 

THE ELDERLY WOMAN WAS SEEN FALLING INTO THE POND 

According to report by FoxNews, the woman lives near the pond of the country club in Florida. 

The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office and the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission will capture the alligators responsible for the woman’s death. The investigations continue. 

THE WOMAN’S IDENTITY IS NOT YET KNOWN

The woman’s identity has not yet been revealed yet.

The report furthermore stated that alligators have been found in increasingly unlikely places across the United States this year.

An alligator was recently found swimming in a rather unlikely place: a lake in Wisconsin.

Earlier this month, an elderly woman died after a shark’ bit off her arm and leg’ at a tourist hotspot in Egypt. The shocking incident was caught on camera.

IN AN UNRELATED INCIDENT A WOMAN WAS KILLED BY A SHARK 

The woman was busy snorkeling when the shark attacked her. The 68-year-old desperately tried to swim back to shore. 

A large crowd watched the drama, but no one was seen entering the water to help the woman.

Some reports said tourists rushed out of the water when the woman was attacked and tried to “distract the shark from the victim”.

In the video, you can see the water turn red as the woman struggles to swim back. 

THE WOMAN DIED SOON AFTER THE ATTACK

She died soon later of ‘painful shock’ despite doctors’ best efforts back at shore.
