Believe it or not that’s a man riding the world’s smallest bicycle in Russia. The small crowd of people watch the man in disbelief.

A Russian man was seen riding what can only be described as the world’s smallest bicycle. Believe it or not, a crowd of people watched the man hop onto the ‘microcycle’ and proceed to ride it for a few metres.
A social media user commented and said they know the man and that he’s from their town called Krasnodar in Southern Russia.
