TROPICAL STORM

The airline temporarily halted flights to the island located in the Indian Ocean due to a tropical storm.

The storm-hit island had to close its primary airport Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, which receives all flights.

The closure resulted in the cancellation of all international flights to the airport while Cyclone Belal ravaged the island and its infrastructure.
