‘You can’t park there’, council road construction workers in Scarborough, England were forced to resurface around a parked car on Thursday, 5 October.

The funny scene was captured by resident Michael Curtis, and reported on by the BBC and ITV.

‘YOU CAN’T PARK THERE’

The workers would need to return to the site at a later date to complete the work due to the resident not heeding the warning sent out by the council.

This incident illustrates how sometimes people’s actions can cause further delays to upgrades done to public areas.
