The 2023 Formula One season is well under way with seven (of 22) races now in the books following the most recent Spanish Grand Prix.

And the good news is that race fans don’t have long to wait for the eighth race in the season with Montreal set to host the Canadian Grand Prix on Sunday, 18 June.

The all-important qualifying session will start at 22:00 (SA time) on Saturday, 17 June with the lights for the grand prix itself due to go out at 20:00 (SA time) on Sunday.

As a reminder, last year’s Canadian Grand Prix was won by Red Bull’s Max Verstappen ahead of Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz with Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) in third.

It would take a brave man to bet against Verstappen repeating his win from 2022 this weekend.
